This message is to announce that we'll be shooting family portraits the weekend of May 29, 30, 31 (that's Memorial Day Weekend) in Myrtle Beach (Kingston Plantation area). Happy New Year from SJP !!

It has always been an economic policy of SJP to raise prices at the beginning of each new calendar year. Due to our success over the past year, we'd like to reward our wonderful and dedicated client base by NOT increasing our session and product prices.

We will, however, be implementing some major changes in the way we serve our clients and friends.

~ SJP will now require session fees (or at least a deposit) to be paid at the time of booking the session. We've been flexible with this in the past but feel that this has become a necessity due to the increase in business.

~ SJP is now accepting credit cards using a virtual terminal. This is exciting news for us and we hope it makes your SJP experience a little easier.

~ Our business has grown and it is primarily due to referrals. We sincerely appreciate you recommending us to your friends and in return will have a referral program that benefits you. Ask us for more information on this.

Some New Things for 2010

~ Bragg Bombshell Portrait Parties: Earn free stuff by hosting a party with 1-3 girlfriends. Have a girls night out with food and drinks while having Bombshell portraits done. Your photos will be available to view and purchase same day!

Husband's white button down shirt. Your favorite blue jeans. Your favorite gown. Anything else you want to bring!

Arrive with your hair in rollers, wearing heavy makeup and red lipstick! Bring your makeup for touchups. Or hire my hair and makeup artist for $30 and she will take care of everything for you, keeping you beautiful throughout the session.

I've been cheated

One of my best friends came to me the other day and, with head held low, admitted to cheating on me.

She went to SEARS for her children's Christmas pics.

Apparently, it was heavy on her heart or whatever because she felt she had to admit it to me.

Ummmm... Did she expect me to be upset?!

OMG, I am more upset that she had to admit that to me than anything. I am NOT upset! I don't expect you to commission me for anything. I expect you to be my friend and ask me to watch your kids when you need to go to the grocery store and that is it!

Shooting families

I am going to be doing another family photo session at Cape Fear Botanical Gardens on Saturday, May 10th.

For a family photo session, I will spend up to one hour with the family members, shooting in different locations around the Gardens. The fee for a location shoot is $100. A clothing consultation is required.

Entrance to the Gardens is covered by my corporate CPBG membership, so NO ENTRANCE FEES for the family on that day!
